After the unexpected defeat to Real Betis, Real Madrid returned to winning ways in La Liga last Saturday when they faced Rayo Vallecano at the Santiago Bernabeu and emerged victorious with a 4-1 scoreline. Only three days after this win, the Merengues are set to return to action in the league once more, as they are scheduled to travel to Elche to face Elche CF at the Estadio Manuel Martinez Valero on Tuesday.
With their main rivals for the La Liga title, FC Barcelona, enjoying a perfect start to the season, Los Blancos will be keen to get the full three points from this match as well. As a result, there have been no changes to the squad Real Madrid have announced for this match.
Fortunately, no Merengue players have faced any injury since the start of the season. Three players still remain absent, i.e., Ferland Mendy, Eder Militao, and Rodrygo Goes, but all of them were injured during the last season. Other players like Raul Asencia, Aurelien Tchouameni, Thiago Pitarch, and Endrick were injured before this season started, but all of them are now available to play.
